One of the hardest things of being in house in defense, is to pee in house in defense. The toilets are not working of course, as all the plumbing are not working in the villages, and we need to fix it for ourselves.
I already wrote to you about what we do we with our poo (and that is to poo in a bag). But for the piss we have to arrange a different solution. Yes, we can piss in a bag, but as we boys always do – we wish for a easy, quick and useful solution.
In other cases we use bottles – what can cause unpleasant situation when those are left behind in guarding location and you wake up looking for something to drink (as happened to me once when I was positioned in a pillbox in Gaza strip in mandatory duty).
When you are stuck in an house in defense – you might just open an hole in wall in pee in it. A better solution is to use a pipe to allow yourself to urinate outside the place (hopefully the stream is strong enough and you will pee outside the building).
An empty LAW missile can be handy in those cases. Although I prefer the RPG-7 launcher which has nice nozzle to pee in (it might be smelly later, so you better keep wash it after use). Those can also be handy in a cold rainy night, when you wake up in a tent and wish to pee without getting out of the tent.
In some case we invest some more time and work and create urinal for our convince, as we did this time.
