Hi,
I started to eat like Aba when I seat around with my kids in a restaurant. Which usually means – not ordering a dish for myself and eat whatever my kids has left behind.
As we still have small kids, who do not eat much at the first place, there are much leftovers to eat. And If I do order a dish for myself – much of what the kids dishes are to be thrown away.
The big disadvantage of eating like Aba, is that you do eat whatever your kids are willing to order in the first place. Which is usually something simple as Pizza (for Mindal) and French fries (for Dub), but Jannaeus sometimes surprised and order something exciting.
On the other hand, as Ataza once claimed, do not eat – I do only supply my nutritious needs. And in this case, I am usually OK with whatever the kids leaves behind. As long there is enough of it to fill in my belly.
It can only continue until some point – as they will, one day, finish their all dishes and nothing is left behind. I do remember how Aba set in the first McDonald’s restaurant in Ayalon Mall with us. He did not order anything, and watch us all as teenager finish all the meals we ordered. It might be the price was high, or he was not hungry in the first place. But I do think he was not ready for that…
Take Care

Sitting down and ordering in The Magic restaurant in Budapest, with a unique atmosphere of Harry Potter and magic vibe. Here, in the second day of our vacation, I still let myself order a dish for myself.
The last day of our vacation in an Italian restaurant in Gyor, after I realized ordering a dish for myself is usually a waste.
