Hard night – 2nd Iran War 11th day

Hi,
It was a hard night. Full of pre-alerts and siren alarms . At least this night the kids were sleeping in their grandparents house inside their protected area.

The first siren was heard at 23:30, when we are all already in bed. We got out of the protected area to go sleep in our beds. but in 00:50 another siren was heard and we run back in. Another siren was heard in 3:40 and the last one was in 4:39.

The news websites are full of articles about how not enough sleep can effects your body (not good), what you should do (go to sleep) and what you should not do (not go to sleep).

We were looking yesterday, while we were again in our MMD, about how much siren alarms we had in our polygon since the start of the war. And it seems we are keeping to be on the top of the table regarding the time and number of siren alerts.

The Zoom classes that were planned for today were canceled – both the kids and the teachers are not in good condition to sit in front of the screen this morning. Not to talk about getting out of the bed in the first place…

Take Care
