Good morning, war – 625th day of war

Hi,
It is the second time in two years I find myself saying out loud: Good morning, war.

The first time was on October 7th , I opened my friend’s tent in our camping (how insensitive of me) and told them Good morning, War.

The day Israel attacked in Iran, we did not have to wait for the morning, as Home Front Command woke up us in 3:00 in the morning to tell us to stay close to shelters and protected areas.

Now we have some hours to get ourselves prepared for this. US had bombed the nuclear site in Fordow (as well in the nuclear sites Natanz and Isfahan). Frodow is the biggest and most protected Iran nuclear facility. It is buried under hundreds of meters of rock and fortified with heavy concrete walls and slabs.

It seems that the IAF had cleared Iran defense systems and got full control over Iran sky. What allowed US air force stealth B-2 bombers to hit the nuclear facilities with those bunker buster bombs (although those are stealth aircraft, and probably could have hit the target without the help of the IAF).

There will probably an attack on US assets in the Middle East sooner or later. But till then Iran is doing what it knows will not create any reaction from US – keep bombing Israel with ballistic missiles and drones.

Iran reaction started around 7:30 in the morning. With heavy bombings of ballistic missiles towards the center and north of Israel combined with UAVs (the UAV attacks were continuous along the weekend).

In this morning attack, 25 missiles were launched in two waves, and 10 hits were watched. Causing 11 moderate and light injuries, along we several UAVs that hit.

Take Care
Gad
