Galaxy B23

Hi,
We don’t exactly know how it happened, but I now have a Samsung galaxy B23. When people asks I tell then the B is for Banana, or Bend.

It works for most people, I tell them it is a special edition cellphone – they made special so it can fit your natural curve of your face. This way they hear you better when you talk, and you can easily hold it with your shoulder if you do not use any earphones.

During my last reserve duty I had a problem with the charging. The guy in the cellphone store said I was lucky as the curve was just between the motherboard and the battery, so none of them was damaged.

For me the most amazing thing was the fact that the screen just bent and was not broken at all. As far as I understand this is usually the most sensitive part in the cellphone – and still just curved.

In the end I managed to find a cellphone store that managed to fix the cellphone. It did cost about half the cost of a new galaxy S23 cellphone those days.

Why did I fix it If I said it worked? Well, for start the volume buttons did not worked. I found a small app to replace it, but any time you had to open the cellphone if you would wish to change the volume.

Second – I got a bit of money from the IDF for fixing small stuff, and it was worth using it for fixing it (better then not using it and stay with curved Galaxy B23 cellphone.

Take Care
Gad
