Interception fragments – 2nd Iran War 16th day

Hi,
Interception fragments are dangerous, as we set down in the protected area this afternoon in our apartment we heard the shock wave hit the protected area steel window. I was afraid we had an explosion near us and the windows might break.

I asked the kids not to run our when I opened the door of fear there might be glasses all over the floor.Pretty soon all the neighbors in the building start chat in our whatsapp group and I was relieved to know no window was broken.

Atazva let us know there were several Interception fragments around the city from the last Iranian ballistic missile launched at Israel, and that one of those fragments fell on a building just across the street from us. And most important – there are no casualties.

When we finally got released from the protected area, I went over to see what happened and if a construction engineer is needed to evaluate the damage to the building.

Looking on the building I could quickly learned I am not needed there as the fragment only hit  the edge of cantilever slab on the top floor and there is no need to evacuate all the building.

I went back to my kids to let them know. They were more interested in the TV show they were watching before the siren alarm and how much more time they have on TV. Dub on the other hand was still sleeping, pretty surprising for the fact we all got in the protected area, which is the room he is sleeping in and got out of there, in not the most silent way…
