Poo in a bag – 210th day of war

Hi,
As the place we are staying in has no working sewer system, we need to poo in a bag. We then need to throw away the plastic bag (when we had no garbage, we disposed of the bags the same way we did to all the garbage – throw it from the window).

One of the site news even had an article on how the sanitation conditions are so low here, and military reserve duty soldiers need to poo in bags. Since then we got couple of chemical toilets, but enough for all of us.

It was not such a big deal for me in first place. After all, I have been changing diapers for the last 8 years, it is not such a big difference to just pack it in a bag and jn a diaper.

When we were drafted on October 7th, our war reserves store unit supplied us American poo bags. We did not realize why we need it back then. After all, we were out on the field and could just walk out a bit and enjoying a sit in the field (and this is fun).

Now we use those, instead of just supermarket plastic bags we collected from here and there. Those bags are perfect, but do have one problem – they make you feel you are a cat.

Each bag has the same kind sand we use for our cat (Petel) – a gelling agent that also prevents the smell of the poo. So now I feel like I am cleaning the cat litter box, and not throwing away diapers.
