Hi,
Shelter city is the military nickname for the underground shelter Hezbollah had dug underneath the village of Mhaibib. It was not just a network of tunnels, but an underground compound for the Hezbollah terrorists of Redwan force who planned to ride over Kibbutz Yiftah.
We get down there to help Engineering Corps soldiers to get in the explosives in. They had to pump emulsion and also get in ANFO sacks to boost the explosives.
There were different entrances to the shelter city, named after cities in Israel: Afula, Jerusalem and Yavne. Those were the entrances the intelligence knew about in advance. But there were more.

A generator to supply electricity in case the electrical network is down
