There are about 100 cases of Coronavirus in Israel. None of them I know of personal, but in the speed it spread and accelerate it will happen soon. If it will not be me who got this virus.
Since I came back from Ski in France, and we were worried about getting it, everybody that got in the country has to be in 14 days (two weeks) of isolation. That suppose to prevent or slow the spread of the Corona virus in Israel, and it seems to work for a while.
I already know 3 isolated, and 3 more that will have to go in to Isolation as they come back. And I am still not sure how they supposed to get home.
I still use the train on the way to the factory, although some girl that was supposed to be in isolation took a ride in the train. Sending 27 train workers off their job and causing to cancellation of some trains.
I am not worried about the virus itself. I am worried about the mess to come: closing the schools and kindergarten, means closing the working places and a stop in the economy. It does seem we will have a problem in our working place branch and some might go on vacation.
In the meanwhile we all stocks staple food, toilet paper, water, cash money and alcoholic gel. For who knows for how long it will stay…
